Kontor is looking for a Director of Account Management to join our fast-growing team. You will be the first dedicated Account Director, building, nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients including household names such as Monzo, Deliveroo, Allbirds, Revolut, Made.com and Freetrade. You will quickly develop a good understanding of our client's businesses, the challenges they face and future ambitions related to their workspace needs. You will be heading up the department and actively shaping it: Create best practices, test new ideas and actively grow it, with the ambition to build out an entire team.

Create and grow relationships with our portfolio of companies, have an in-depth understanding of their business needs and growth plan
Ensure clients have the best experience in their new office and that we deliver value throughout their lease term
Anticipate what a client may need next and proactively offer solutions and add value
Advise clients how to solve anything related to their office, whether that is move-in teething pains, how to best use their space or when to start looking for a new office
Work hand-in-hand with the sales and core team, providing client feedback and coming up with new solutions
You will be the first full-time Account Management employee, motivated to mould the function and eventually build out the team
Amazing interpersonal skills, empathetic and able to quickly build a strong rapport
Thrive at communication, with excellent verbal and written skills
Excel at customer service
Great organisational and multitasking skills, and attention to details
Thrive in a team setting, but motivated when working independently
Are an avid problem-solver and find creative ways to navigate potential roadblocks
Have knowledge of CRM systems
You have previous experience in B2B account management or customer success management, preferably in a SaaS-based business or real estate industry
You are a positive, energetic person, that loves customer and relationship management and you are excited to become the advisor of customers
A plus is previous experience with startups and high growth businesses, knowing their typical pain points and struggles that they’ll encounter
You are self-motivated, a self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal supervision
A passion to learn all about the world of offices and the future of work
Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
Able to adapt to technologies and software, proficient in basic Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
THE PERKS WE PROVIDE:
This role will be based in our office in Central London. We have adopted an office first policy, but you will have flexibility if you want to work elsewhere a few days a week. With the nature of the role, you will have a lot of client interactions IRL, but it means you will be on the move a lot and can work from wherever suits you best.
