Beth, where are you from? I’m originally from Middlesbrough, but I moved to London at the age of 21 for a graduate scheme and never looked back.
Describe your role in three words. Exciting: I am constantly out and about meeting interesting people and experiencing London’s incredible architecture.
Varied: Each day brings something completely different.
Always-on: I am perpetually busy, busy, busy.
An office needs… Dogs—they significantly improve the day. Great lunch options and after-work food and drink spots in the vicinity are essential, ideally close to my commuting station. In terms of interiors, I am a huge fan of exposed brick, wooden floors, and a well-stocked snack drawer.
Favourite office space? Mortimer House is my favourite (although I suspect Tasha might say the same). It has a members' club feel, the contacts there are delightful, the interiors are stunning, and there is a beautiful roof terrace adorned with lovely cushions on rattan furniture. The furniture has a personal touch, having been sourced from the owners' older family members.
Best thing about your role? The variety: I interact with numerous different people every day, which greatly appeals to my extroverted nature. I draw energy from being around others. Being out and about in the city, seeing all the beautiful buildings, and getting caught up in the hustle and bustle is incredibly exciting. Additionally, coming into the office and seeing the team every day, especially when everyone is in, creates a vibrant and buzzing atmosphere.

A couple of times a month, my boyfriend and I head to the countryside. His mother has alpacas and goats at her place in Cambridge, which is always a lot of fun.
