Leo, where are you from? I grew up in Guildford but now reside in Borough, right around the corner from the Market. It's fantastic for weekend plans, though not so great for my bank account!
Describe your role in three words. Energetic, Rewarding, Sociable.
I’m constantly on the move with multiple tasks to manage. I play a crucial role in guiding clients from the start of their journey to the end, which is always rewarding when I see the initial brief come to fruition.
An office needs… A dedicated DJ.
Personally, I need music or some sort of atmosphere to concentrate—silence doesn’t bode well for my productivity. In terms of office style, I prefer anything bright and airy, ideally on the ground floor. I can handle a full 90 minutes of football, but the mere sight of stairs makes me break into a sweat.
Favourite office space? The Ministry, Borough. The focus on wellbeing is unmatched, and the gym is of professional standard. It has a lovely terrace alongside a bar nicer than most in London!
Wellbeing-focused spaces that don’t feel like traditional offices are my favorite. If it feels like a day out, count me in.
Best thing about your role? I love architecture, and as a self-confessed building enthusiast, getting to work with them daily ticks all the boxes.
But more than anything my favorite thing about the role is taking London clients to international markets. Being able to start in London, and then grow into Berlin, Stockholm, and Amsterdam using my knowledge of areas is very rewarding.
Top tip for any company considering a move? Work with the broker with whom you build the best relationship. Nurturing this relationship will help you find the best space and ultimately achieve the best outcome.
And finally, talk us through your weekend plans. I am a big Tottenham fan and attend most of the home games, but if the summer has come around and the season is over, I also love horse racing or a round of golf.
