Stephen Peers, a prominent figure in London’s real estate sector, joins Kontor as Senior Advisor.
Stephen brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including Equity Partner and Transactions Lead at Drivers Jonas, Deloitte, and Gerald Eve. Since 2018, he has also been offering specialist advisory services to major clients at Corbett Northam.
In a statement, Kontor said: "Stephen is a respected and long-standing London adviser specialising in office and mixed-use developments, leasing, and capital transactions. His key mandates include Xylo, 155 Clerkenwell Road, the largest full-timber frame office development in the UK, and one of the most sustainable new builds in London with 97,000 square feet being developed by Global Holdings. He has also advised BMA on its headquarters strategy for Tavistock House, Tavistock Square, and the 250,000 square feet project completing in 2025, as well as working across a range of assets for the Reuben Brothers' Motcomb Estates."
